The hotel staff were helpful and the kitchen facilities were amazing. Our room had a good sized fridge and stove. The staff even provided dishes, pots and pans and a toaster upon request, no additional cost. After arriving home, we relieved that one of our party had left a very expensive item in the room. We called the hotel and explained that we were several hours away and couldn't comeback to pick up the item. The hotel staff when out of their way to mail it to us.

Full fridge, stove and microwave, with kitchen sink and generous cabinet space made our stay so easy and convenient. The dish pack offered at the front desk was perfectly sufficient. Comfy bed, excellent shower, adequate TV and wifi.

The front desk help was amazing. We were so tired when we got into town after our long trip, and she was so helpful and patient with us. She set us up in a room quickly and without any issues. Parking lot security guard was very respectful and made me feel safe and comfortable making trips to my car alone at night.

The room was very clean and looked as if it was upgraded as it was very nice. Check-in process was a few minutes but not bad (the solo employee had an arm sling so was limited in activity). Parking was plentiful and check-out very smooth and quick. For the price I feel this is the best overnight stay property in the area.

I felt safe here. It's more expensive than the other location in Sacramento, but that one isn't in a great part of town so I felt it was worth it. Other guests were nice and most of the staff were beyond amazing! They were very kind during a truly horrible time. One member named Stephen went above and beyond to help me and make me feel safe, at home and welcome. I hope they know the treasure they have in that young man!

Located in a safe area. Overall very nice I’m very convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave. Had to ask for plates and utensils. Preferred to just have it in the room. Breakfast was very simple.

The room was nice, the people at the front desk were exceptionally NICE, helpful & kind. One person stands out - STEVE, he went above & beyond for us, VERY nice young man. He should be running the place ;-)
